It's a little dated these days, but it's still a huge amount of fun. Gets pretty tough, too. It's one of the *original* squad combat games.
MOO2 is a bit dated these days, but if you enjoyed it then, you'll enjoy it now. I prefer it to MOO3 because it feels a bit less micro-managey, but still has enough detail to keep you engaged.
