Only offers the first Dragon's Lair game. No way to play any other game. Great stuff.
This game was so asinine, I couldn't get past the first 5 minutes. Apparently, it's about some crackhead mom having to find her kid in a closed amusement park. But she's the one who LEAVES THE KID ALONE in the car for him to get kidnapped or, as in this game, leave the car and wander into the park. The game is ENTIRLEY the main character's ignorant thought. The voice acting was awful. Again, 5 minutes in I said "I'm out." and I will be returning this for a refund.
It's also vaguely homophobic and racially insensitive. The game doesn't know what it wants to be. As you click around, your character happily speaks up and tells you, the player, what's in his house, sort of like Zakk McKraken. But then you encounter some lady who's apparently been beaten and is bleeding out of every orifice. It's a brutal scene and totally jarring with the initial vibe. The voice acting is atrocious. Here's a tip, if you can't actually DO a German accent, don't attempt to in a game being sold for money. This game was so bad, I played less than an hour and returned it and got a refund.
Ya know, I thought this was going to be a unique, quirky game that I would enjoy. The description made it sound like you could try a ton of different options and get different, surprising outcomes. This is totally untrue. Most characters you meet need one item and they just throw back any item that's not the one they want. Nothing new or exciting happens if you give different items to different characters. It's just one fetch after another. This dude wants a fish to let you pass, this dude wants a bird to give you a ride in his boat, this dude wants something to cheer himself up to then let you pass. It's so boring and basic, it actually makes me angry. All it is is a stripped down adventure game where everything is pictures instead of words. Sorry, it doesn't work. Don't waste your money thinking this is anything but a boring, pointless fetch game.
