A game about a one-man army. The story is good, but the characters could be better. Tommy is a killing machine, but he only regrets it in certain cutscenes? Besides, he's intelligent, but towards the end he does some really stupid things... It could have been better if more of the relationships between the members were shown outside of the mafia missions. The story is linear, but engaging. I can see the city being refined, the changes over the years, the new car models, billboards, etc. However, I don't feel like you can go deep into it.
