Night City is epic. Quests are epic, Narrative is EPIC, details attention is epic. But THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS VERY POOR. The in game Artificial Intelligence ruins experience and game play on EVERY LEVEL. AI routines are generations behind any modern game. Behavioral routines are too weak and simplified. There is not a bug question is a game design problem. For example: All citizens have the same AI (stand up and run if attacked) AI is triggered on areas (ruins stelth) and have NO VARITY. All police have the same AI (only one routine) Gangs have the same AI (only one routine) Please invest more time and resources on Artificial Intelligence. There is plenty of content but is ruined by THE AI that DOES NOT SUPPORT the open world I give 4 stars hoping for a fix, it's a good game but it could have been the best game ever even with 1/2 of actual side missions it's really a shame
