It took me a bit of time to get fully immersed but once the ball started rolling I couldn't stop playing. I loved the simple gameplay mechanics and the atmosphere aboard Erdin's Eye. I'm super glad a sequel was announced.
I love the art direction and the writing in this game. I'm usually not a fan of this low res pixel art style but in this case everything else is so good that it didn't bother me.
This game has room for improvement but it is still a very nice experience. The music is top notch, the themes are original and the overall structure of the game is quite refreshing. That being said the writing could be better here and there.
The game is brilliant, fun and never overstays its welcome.There is a ton of good ideas and all of them are well executed but never repetitive.
