It runs on Linux which is a big plus, and graphics is quite nice. But gameplay wise, something is missing, something Transport Tycoon or Locomotion had. Maybe it’s the line management, or signals or UI, but this leaves an impression that game runs out of steam after some hours.
Insta buy! It’s on GOG, and it’s a next generation title. Ignore the complaints from consoles that cannot handle real next gen title (especially older generations running spinning rust harddrives)!
Overall, the game is quite fun, looks nice, and is refreshing, but garbage console UI can lead to injury. Holding A/D keys to adjust amounts from 9999 to say 50, holding mouse keys on every interaction, and do not even mention the deeply nested construction and context menus, for 2020 it's beyond miserable.
The game asked for .NET when launched... Games should be 100% native code.
