Played it when I was a young child and never really figured out the mechanics....but now that I have a degree I can actually beat the computer on medium almost every time - how I've grown! It's simple, focuses on some interesting history (even some near and far future 'fantasy'), and between the base and expansion there's a lot of game to play. Note: I've been playing on windows 10 and have had only 1 minor problem (If one goes to the desktop and then back into the game, the HUD strobes, so I have to go in and out of the settings menu to refresh the image. - all of 5 seconds to fix.)
