Prey is a game that has unfortunate names and unfortunate trailers. This is NOT a horror game like trailers might lead you to believe. This is a game that challenges you to use your environment and tools to play the way you want, with multiple solutions to any given problem. It has some very creative enemies, superb environments, and a story with twists that will keep you guessing to the end. It's one of the best games made in the past 20 years.
Thief 2 is one of those games that really makes you realize good games and believable worlds are not about technology and graphics, but about design, gameplay, and writing. For a game with mythical machines and crazy conspiracies, this is among the most believable worlds there is in video gaming. You can lose yourself for hours on a single mission, exploring all the details laid out and trying to be a completionist. It's a wonderful game!
An amazing and addicting game. The hours fly by, and little beats the reward of seeing a custom coaster that you made operating (and making a lot of $$$)!
