It is a very interesting and fun City Builder and Puzzle Hybrid which depends on clever and foresighted placement of your basic buildings so you can combine/evolve them into the right advanced buildings you need which you can combine even further. So why the 1 Star? This version on GOG is years behind, having received only one update in 2022 (vs Steam where the last update was May 2025) as well as missing the DLC's which are present on Steam. This behaviour towards paying customers I cannot condone no matter how good a game is and will prevent me from buying future games from this dev.
While the game has an interesting concept, it is let down by its technical implementation. The main part of the game (the city building card game) runs in slow-motion, ruining any enjoyment one could have with the gameplay. Unless you are VERY patient person, I wouldn't recommend it.
Great game with a fun and well executed gameplay loop, which keeps one playing even after finishing the short Campaign. Though it is sorely missing a level-editor where the community can create and share levels.
