It has been years since I was able to play this game. Admitedly it is a lot harder than I remember. Took a long time fighting the controls to get good. All that said, this game holds up. Nemesis is one tough cookie to fight and he is persistatn. There are lots of replay value with how each save items are in different spots. Plus the mercenaries to unlock infinite ammo. This is a classic game that I have a lot of nolstalgia for. The PC without a controler is harder. The graphics haven't been improved either. But it is fun once you get the hang of things. In my opinion it's far supirior to the Remake because the remake cuts out huge amounts of content. And changes all the characters.
I bought the trilogy on GOG so I could play them agian. Resident Evil 2 is running smoothly for me. I like having an easy way to play the classic games again. Hope to see them fully remastered some day.
