A missing father, a mystical portal and a young woman looking for answers makes The Legend Of Crystal Valley a must play. In this point and click adventure game we follow Eve who has just discovered that her father is missing, More intriguing is the glowing portal that Eve has discovered. Come along as she collexts clues, travels between scenes and meets a host of colorful characters on her search for her father. Crystal Valley will come alive. This is one awsome game, it is better than the original. The speech is quite good and the characters can talk. In the original game You had to read everything on the screen. The graphics in the game are awsome and make the game come to life. If you do not know how to play the game, there is a tutorial that You can watch to learn how the game is played. This game is some what better than Monkey Island. The story line is rich and will keeep You entertained for hours. The characters are quite interesting to talk to and no one dies in the game. The puzzles are good. You will have lots of fun playing this game. This is an engrossing adventure and well worth the price.
This version of the game does not include the paragraphs built into the game, if you want to look up the paragraphs in the game you need to print out the 42 page manual or have the docs that came with the game when it first came out. This game does come with a pdf manual. clue book that has maps and a quick reference card. There are to many skills in this game to deal with. You will have to do a lot of grinding to win the game plus you only get two skill points per level and gold is rare. If you plan to buy this game keep in mind that this is the Dos version that came out in 1990. This is not a remastered version of the game. The game does not have a level up system like most RPGs, your stats do not increase in the game, you have to decide where to put your skill points. If a character dies the character is lost, it will be hard to resurrect the character.
The game will not stop You from solving puzzles by trial and error. You can also get ahead of the game. the graphics are ok. The game is still playable. The walkthrough is hard to follow.
Great for learning. It will make You a better player in no time. Grandmaster Chess lives up to it's title.
This is a Exalent game. Great graphics, I like what they did to it. The original Boulder Dash is included.
One hell of a game. I hope there is a sequel. This game is a must for every game lover.
These are 3 great games. I wish the studio would have fixed the leveling up system like New World Computing did in the Might and Magic series. You still have to bargain with the review board.
