Pretty good classic, but I remember a problem that W10 had with this game, which made everything "run" too faster and walk over invisible, and I don't know if this version fixed it or not. However, I'd wait, in my case, for the price to drop a little more and definitely buy it.
There just little good that can be said about DOT. The idea was good, but poorly executed. Poor power design that most of them are the same that the previous games just with different style or effect. Same location of Dishonored 2 that could've been another place never seen like Tyvia or Morley. An old character with so much potencial wasted. And quite short for a Dishonored game. This should've been a DLC and not a separated game.
Dishonored 2 came with a great idea: Two characters to choose with different set of powers and thus a total of six different endings (three for each one of them). Also a NG+ with custom difficulty, making it a remarkable game to beat more than once as I did. But what's the problem then? It is that when it comes about the story, not only repeats the idea of the first game's plot about redemption, but re-uses a certain character before seen, making the conflict a bit lame. Also, the character you don't choose to play with is quite wasted potencial in terms of plot. Don't get me wrong, the story is good the first time but when you beat it more than once for the gameplay the flaws come out.
Dishonored has a good story told in both ways, progression and collectibles. Good characters who you care for. Excellent music composed by the late Daniel Licht. Plot twists and it's a fine example replayability. You either can go full stealth or full slaughter, with or without powers, but what you choose will have an impact in a world whose rich designs comes from Viktor Antonov, Half-Life 2's City 17 creator. Worth to buy? Of course, and even more to play it more than once time.
I finished the game a couple of months ago and despite the fact of good aesthetic of the environment and soundtrack, it's a bit hard to feel the immersion of Syberia 1 and 2 when the animation are lazy, the main plot doesn't make sense, the ending is abrupt, there's just a few little references to the previous games and the voice acting simply doesn't fit with the aspect of the npc (old npc with young voice and vice versa). Yet, you can feel a part of the essence of Syberia and it worth to be played even one time, specially for old faces. I'm going to buy it (when I have money) and enjoy it again. Salu2
