Beacon of Neyda

Will you escape from hell ?

The Linux version works well :-) Beacon of Neyda is a strategy game where you must build and defend your base against waves of enemies in a post-apocalyptic world, while exploring abandoned locations and searching for new technologies to improve your buildings and contact Earth.. The demo is not available for Linux, so the filter did not allow me to see Beacon of Neyd before its official release. And the Linux version works well. I've seen that they're still working on a few things, development is continuing, and Beacon of Neyda will soon benefit from new updates. AI coming to your PC . . . Will you switch to Linux and escape from hell ?

BROK the InvestiGator Complete

Linux users Warning !

The two-game bundle is sold with the annotation “Linux version,” which is false. Only one game has a Linux version, so do not purchase this bundle. We should have an accurate description on the packaging.

BROK the InvestiGator - Natal Tail, A New Christmas

Linux ?

I've been waiting for the Linux version for a year now. Why is it taking so long ?

Mainframe Defenders

Manifestement Surprennent !!!

Trine: Ultimate Collection

Attention Linux gamers

Trine 4 doesn't have a Linux version and probably never will, Frozenbyte said it didn't have the time to make a Linux version. I should add for new Linux users that Trine1 and Trine2 need 32Bit libraries to run on a modern 64Bit system. Don't expect to buy download install play, you'll have to tinker, (And I suppose you can forget about multiplayer). In conclusion, this assembly of several games should not be listed with Linux.

Lumencraft

An essential Light

A real time strategy game that will make you get a good stress. Enemy waves attracted by the energy of your base, are very well directed by the artificial intelligence. The tension felt at the time of an attack to know if your defenses will hold or if you will be overwhelmed is the moment you are waiting for, and once the bugs are eliminated you are eager to develop new research to build new weapons and defenses. This game is really addictive, friends of strategy games you will not see the time pass. Early access I bought Lumencraft in development on the first day it was released on GOG, and I have been following its evolution. The updates have been very numerous since the release, we can say that the GOG users who represent few sales got all the attention of the unique developer of Lumencraft, the effort is rare enough to be underlined. He has been attentive to the suggestions, he has integrated every relevant request, and balanced the resources, attacks, weapons, creatures, etc... Linux I played Lumencraft on Linux Mint with an AMD GPU and open source drivers. Unsurprisingly, the quality of the development with the Godot engine proves to be a good and smooth playing experience. An original and good quality Linux Native strategy game, you should definitely get it in my opinion.

Creepy Tale 2

A different game

A dark and unique universe. (played on Linux) A new story inspired by the Grimm brothers' fables. You collect objects and choose the possible interactions, the objects marked by circles with a "hand" or an "eye" are easy to find. You don't risk dying anymore, they just tell you that it's not the right way, or that it's too dangerous. There are also kinematics to be sure to escape the monster without dying. For me, the game is less immersive than the 1st Creepy Tale, with the impression of having less freedom. I really preferred the first one. The art is good with a dark setting, the music and sound accompaniment is good, the Creepy Tale series stands out as unique works. I put 5 stars because the game is successful, if the 3rd one comes on GOG with the Linux version I would buy it with pleasure. And technically the game is good, played with logitechg F310 gamepad on Linux.

Lifeless Planet Premier Edition

Fort Triumph

Giant, but BUGs need to be fixed

Played the keyboard and the smile the game works very well for me, on Linux Mint 20. Turn-based battles, a fantasy heroic universe, a funny story, original music, and innovative mechanics. Possibility between three game modes: campaign, skirmish and local cooperation. The numerous management and combat mechanics, guarantee a great replayability to the game. For the regulars of the genre the mechanics are known, but a tip, do the tutorial entirely, it is not long! Enlarge the village, choose a skill, the evolutions you choose will make the game different. Use the grappling hook to send a rock (at 100%) on a well hidden enemy (at 27%). Used the Mage to exchange his position with an enemy by teleportation, and return to the team with the Winged Boots. It will take a little experience to know and fully enjoy "Fort Triumph" which will prove to be excellent. A little more effort to fix some BUGs: broken SDL implementations, key location. CookieByte and a nice team, I trust them to make the corrections. ;-) A 4 stars game for the moment and soon perfect, a very good game, I recommend it!

Creepy Tale

Linux Mint 20 with F710, (64-Bit game)

You will walk through a strange forest in a storytelling atmosphere, accompanied by highly successful puzzles. No dialogue, the game makes you understand the story only through the visual, a great feat that accompanies the great artistic work. The drawings are fine: Forgotten the well-known codes of video games, here you will be in something else, a little disoriented for some. Without the highlighting around the objects, you sometimes have to look hard to find a small pebble. The character won't cross the screen to pick up a mushroom, you have to be in the right place to perform an action, but it's acceptable! Very courtyard: The dead are not punitive so take advantage of it to test and find the solution by yourself, to enjoy the game fully. Don't spoil yourself by looking at a solution, which will take away a few minutes of play. But a puzzle is really hard to find in episode 6, the game could be more enjoyable with a more visible detail. Really enjoyable, if only this game was longer. Thanks for this little treasure. I absolutely want "Creepy Tale 2" safe GOG and Linux!
