If you can't start the game in the GOG galaxy app launcher (it crashed to me with the paradox adds) then just go into the folder of the game, and find the game shortcut and just boot the game directly from there and don't bother with the galaxy one, because that one is trying to force adds on you which it cant handle and it crashes that out of the way... I went into this game aware that its no follow up to the original bloodlines. I knew this is not a RPG, so I kept an open mind, and got it anyway, because there are to few vampire games about, and I do love action, and an action adventure game this is. However, what bothers me in this game SPOILER ALERT: The parts where you stop playing as your character and instead play as the detective who is the voice in your head... his part of the game is so BORING... and SLOW:.. and not even important, as the mysteries he is solving, you already figured out anyway because its so obvious, and it just take your attention away from the fun... playing as fabian is not fun... its slow paced looking for clues... That aside, the parts where you play as YOUR character, is more fun, its pure action vampire combat stuff, and enjoyable.. so I can give this an average score.. but yeah, the game does have some charming bugs it shouldn't have, and some stutter in the open world

It is really good. And its more true with the gothic theme then VS, kinda hated how VS turned into a troll game with space stuff from among us and all that.. kinda ruins it... this game so far is true to the gothic van helsing theme that i like
I've been waiting for this one, I wanted to wait til it was finish so I could potentially binge my way through it XD It is a really good game. Though a bit difficult, even on lowest difficulity, but I think you can buy perks/upgrades later one to make it more fun. Either way, its pretty cool
No complains on controls as I use a controller... HOWEVER... I am stuck at the tutorial... and I know what I am suppose to do, I checked a youtube video walkthrough. I am suppose to shoot at the floating orange thing, right after the first checkpoint.. and I do.. but nothing happens.. While in the youtube video it turns into a platform. It does not do that for me.. so I cant progress... gaming breaking bug, right at the tutorial... and I bought the game so long ago I cant even ask for a refund.. I was saving the game.. that was dumb... its broken..
Action RPG, very cool, you can play as a vampire, I haven't figured it all out yet.
Very good action RPG. Its a bit silly with women wearing high heels into battle, and bikini giving more armor then full plate.. but it is good fun
So, its like RPG, but naughty. I like that the main focus is not combat, since thats not why you would buy this game anyway. But I dont mind that there is some, and that its like turn based tactic. The story is fun, and sometimes hot, its also a bit hit and miss, and you will like some bits more then others. As of animations.. some are good, however, I am suppose to play as the female here, and I feel like most of the sex encounters is viewed from the male perspective, POV... so then I dont feel like I am playing the female, and this is a let down to me personally. As a woman wanting to be the woman in the story, the male perspective for some of the sex is bad. I think it should either be from the womans perspective, or show both the characters, the male and the female... so it feels a bit like its made for men... the game, which is a big shame.. because there is enough sex games out there for men, would it be to much to ask that someone made on just for the girls and kind of dont care if the men will like it or not... I mean you playing as the girl.. so I bet most buyers would be women anyway... and they be like scratching their heads "was this actually made for men?" sigh... anyway that POV is what breaks my immersion the most. And why I wont give it full stars.
