Played this game to death in single player and PC/2players. It's an amazing top down race game and as you upgrade, makes your car more powerful. There are many upgrades like tyres, brakes, engines and they have cool graphics too. You can derail the AI cars by rear bumping them. It's hilarious. Also, they cheat a bit and can get some unheard of acceleration! Tip: You just 'glide' and dont brake first map in arcade mode, save money in second map and buy 2nd tyres first. Then keep upgrading. Know when to pit stop too!
First off: This is my first review on GOG after being on this platform for 6-7+ years.... Warcraft1 - While it can look dated, take it for what it is... A game changer. Look for the hotkeys to avoid the frustration of the lack of mouse functions. If you want real history, go have a read at Patrick Wyatt who was one of the persons who made Warcraft1 (https://www.codeofhonor.com/blog/the-making-of-warcraft-part-1) Warcraft2 - I have extensively and played so much Warcraft2 that I cannot put a number on it. During the Kali/Zone days and then over to battle net logging on east, west and europe servers for hours on per day. Finally, when Warcraft2 died, there is a die hard community that has made the game available for everyone including and ELO ladder, game fixes, anti cheats, rankings, forums, discord etc. It is still active to this day. A testament to Warcraft2's awesomeoness and it being way way ahead of the pack when it released. It is still very well playable. The single player and online player campaigns are poles apart though. I was/am known as Lightbringer- in the Warcraft community.
