If you like turn basied games, this is your game. If you've never tried turn base, this is your starter game. Any one who has played the Fallout series should play this game. There're pleny of guides online to help you with what ever char you want to make/help!
Right click icon, properties, compatibility. Select windows service pack 3, check box under privilege level for running in admin. On some of the older games you need to do this to play. I had to do this for diablo2. (windows 7 user)
Works on windows 7, I'm mid/late game had no problems thus far.
