Even after 20 years the sound design in this games is unmatched in many games that come out today. Atmospheric and dark to downright horrific, its guaranteed to set the tones of a land plagued by darnkess. Even though graphics and gameplay hasnt aged as well as some, Diablo is still a classic that can be enjoyed with how simple it can be, but also with how challenging it is. If you know someone ho hasnt played this, sit them down, give them a good pair of headphones, turn off the lights, and let them reach the butcher.
