I also wanted to add this DLC while having Complete Ed. (with no success), so I have written to support and this is what they responded: "The contents of the free DLC program are already included in the Complete Edition of The Witcher 3. Equipment and quests must be found in the game, but the alternative appearance of Triss and Ciri can be changed in the main menu." I am not currently planning to install to just check it out. Can anybody confirm the above? So we could possibly end the rant ;)
