Cyberpunk 2077

The review for the game I've waited for

I want everyone to know that I've been waiting for this game since 2012, this was a top game that I've wanted for a long time and to finally play it is fucking amazing to me. I know there are a lot of things people are upset over and believe me I totally get it. However I'm seeing a lot of things that are just plain wrong. So I'll start there. You need a High End PC: Not really, I've seen many people play thing on lower end PCs and the game runs fine, even my laptop isn't the best and it runs it on Ultra settings fine. This is just a console Port: Anyone who says that is either an idiot, lying to make the game sound bad, or both. If anything your best bet is to buy this on PC anything else is pretty much fucked. In fact if you say that, I will make fun of you and not feel bad. The Game is Unplayable: From my point of view this isn't true, maybe on consoles and if that's the case then sorry about your luck. But on PC it's very playable. The game looks amazing and I've not come across any game breaking bugs, just little things that took me out of my immersion, hell most problems I have with the game is immersion problems. And when I updated my drivers the game ran even better, games are going to have bugs and there isn't any stopping that. But there are some people who are lying their asses off about the game and I get tired of seeing that. Most of my problems as I said are immersion problems, no walk option, can't holster my gun unless it's in the weapon wheel, I choose to be naked and instead my character is wearing boxers, shit like that. Other than that it's a open world RPG with a good story and characters, and a cool world to explore. Just holy shit, fix the immersion problems.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York

So yeah this is bad.

I pretty much spent 20 bucks on a horrible book. First of all there is no "Play your way" it's literally play their way. Here is a example, lead vampire dude asked me if I had anyone I wanted to call. I trusted him and said "Yeah my ex girlfriend" and put her in danger. So I said fuck that and replayed that scene so I could lie. And would you fucking know it the main character is an idiot. So it's back to the choices the writers wanted "Girlfriend" or "Ex Girlfriend" I stopped playing after that.

Broken Sword 4: The Angel of Death (2006)

Boy oh Boy

Just 3 minutes of playtime because the game is a unstable mess and won't start up. And I don't care enough to even try and fix this game. I recall a time a long time ago where I got the game to actually work and I beat it. It's not good, feels really rushed, once again the characters are ok, mostly George, Nico, and Flap and that's about it because they're returning characters. The rest of the cast are ok at best. The controls are worse than the third game and the writing does not save this game like in the 3rd game. Everything about this game is just bad and it's about as noncanon in my head as 2.5

Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon (2003)

It's not bad

This game came out when point and click adventure was dying just like Escape From Monkey Island. The story, characters and writing isn't bad at all in fact it's very much enjoyable. And the controls are abnormal as all hell but you can get use to them. In fact just like Escape from Monkey Island I can't hate this game because I remember being a kid and seeing screenshots and wanting so bad to play it so when I finally got it I played the hell out of the game. It is far from perfect and they honestly should have stuck with mouse controls. But it's very playable.

Broken Sword 2: Remastered (2010)

Not as good as the first

But still a solid adventure game, and again a game from my childhood. I feel like the Remastered version cut stuff out, if feels shorter and almost like it was rushed. Of course the original version of the game felt very rushed. Still it's a good game, great writing, and good characters. Everything you can ask for in a point and click adventure game.

Broken Sword: Director's Cut

One of the Best

The only reason I came across this game was in 1998 when I had to take a video game back, I was so upset that I had to return a game I thought I was going to be upset for a long time about it. But I wasn't because I chose to get this game and I completely forgot the other game I had (It was the Blade Runner adventure game...lotta boobies) this game like the first fallout game was my childhood.

Nox™

God I loved and missed this game.

This was one of those random games I bought for the look of it. Because of Fallout and Baldur's Gate I loved Isometric games and bought anything that looked like that. I bought this game along with one of the spyfox games and I think I played this game about 10 times. Its a goofy and satirical game and it's cheap so get it and try it out!

The Bureau: XCOM® Declassified™

Not a good XCOM game but a so-so game

The game it self is kind of a mess, it was one of those games that was going to be a FPS reboot of the XCOM series but Fraxis got a hold of the series and made a awesome game and this one kind of fell off the face of the earth. Even if you drop the XCOM title it would still be a clunky mess with bad writing and nothing else.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky

Not the best, kind of the worst.

So let me just start out by saying this, this is my first time jumping into the STALKER series. I wanted to play the games in order so Clear Sky would have been the first game I was going to play anyway even though people told me it was the worse in the series. But I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to the order of a series and I never liked starting in the middle and going to the beginning of something. Gunplay is broken and only mods can fix it, the story is actually ok but I feel like that's the cherry on a shit cake. There is no open world from what I saw and that's why most people have thousand of hours on the first game and only 20 to 30 in this game. They let you join factions in this game which is really awesome but it's a lot more cooler if you just stayed as the lone merc who worked for whoever was paying you. The only thing this game adds to me is the story aspects that you don't know while playing the first game, and honestly that isn't enough to save this game. It is sadly a mess of a game but I would still recommend you give it a try when it's on sale or something like that.

Fallout

A classic RPG you must play

This isn't little kid's Fallout games, this was the real deal back in the day. The atmosphere, the writing, it's music, the world it self is easy to get sucked into. There are some bugs here and there but there is alway to fix them. If you haven't already, get this game and Fallout 2 and never think about Fallout 3 again...unless you count Fallout New Vegas as Fallout 3 then yeah get that one also.
