I'm easily drawn to adventure games that have a pixelized look and this is definitely one of them. The color palette is mesmerizing and the puzzles are the right level of challenging without needing to look up a walkthrough. Now the reason I didn't score this higher, and I'm surprised no one mentions this. Why couldn't the alien population here just be invented from the imagination like in so many other stories? Why are they so obviously based on a culture that already exists (turbans and all), implying that extraterrestrials might as well be like those "other" people and why not throw in blue skin so as not to *actually* refer to them directly? I honestly only finished the game to see how far it goes and the associations are right in your face. Of course, if you don't tend to notice these things, you'll likely enjoy it and rate it a 5.
