This is by far one of my favorite games of all time, so when I saw this “new version”, I bought it without a second thought. When I read “Enhanced Edition” on the name, I was excited because I thought it’d be an improved version of the game, with bugs fixed, better interface, sharper textures, maybe even some QoL features. It has none of that. Different game menus and some poorly blown-up interface that looks fuzzy on high resolution, and that’s it. Even the infamous “Accusation in Nimbre and the Inquisitive Pig” bugs are still there. In fact, this thing crashes so many times (in some instances forcing you to backtrack an hour or more of game play) that it is almost impossible to play. Launching day bugs is one thing, but all those problems are unacceptable for a game charging a higher price claiming to be a better version of an older game. Avoid this scam like the plague.
