First time I saw the trailer it was an instabuy. The controls are tight* and once you get the "hang" of it pun intended it is easy to do acrobatics mixed in with your webbing ability to manipulate puzzles. *Not sure if it's only on my end, but I had issues making my Xbox Series X joypad work with the game, the only work around I was able to do was add the game in steam and play from there for whatever reason it detects my controller way better. I had the same issue with Shante "Risky's Revenge" jump is cut short instead of doing a high jump for example.

I own the game on a different platform but I have to say that this is the most fun reverse horror game I've every played. The controls are tight and responsive, and the freedom the game gives you makes you feel like that monster in any horror monster flick. My only critique is that it's short and i want more, and I want to learn more about the story of this amorphous creature. Also this game needs a map of some sort as backtracking is very very confusing (at least for me). Other than that this game is worth every penny. The fact that i was able to finish the game says a lot about how much fun I have with it since I played it from beginning to end.

A wonderful gem of a dungeon management game (not the abomination that was the mobile version). Expect hourse fiddling with combination of traps and beast and a plethora of heroes to thwart as they try to conquer your devious dungeon! Note: I wasn't aware that there was a Hires mode for this game. Now it's even better! Have to thank GOG for bringing this game here. So much hours of my childhood well spent. Ah such fond memories.
