Having spent a good bit of time on browser based games over the years, this is something I'd have expected on Kongregate for years. And would have expected it to be rated low even there. Nearly 6 GB spent on a mindless shooter with slightly fancier graphics, poor controls, and nothing to actually do. If you want something like this, only better, just download Flashpoint and relive the glory days, when some of the browser games were actually good. Not this. Seriously, normal price is $10? No wonder this is constantly on sale . . . and free for now, and not worth it even free.

You've already played them, you're the hero/anti-hero/almost a villain who has to fight the big bad monster, some horrible demon or abomination threatening all human life. Fun, sure, but done over and over. Now, you are the abomination threatening all human life. And you're not even doing it because it turns out humans have destroyed your home, or taken the eggs of your young. It's because you're hungry, and you want to grow big and strong! Or, basically, become a bunch of big hungry worms working in tandem, or at least I'm pretty sure that's what you are. I would frankly love to genuinely add a lot more to this, but Lone.143 covered it well. Find your way to safely killing the humans (safe for you, anyway), and eat them to become stronger. Oh, as well as radiating yourself to mutate. Even in the demo you come to a few spots where you have to wonder "how do I kill this jerk without being lit on fire?" Don't worry, you'll figure out, and have a full belly (or several full bellies, if I'm right.) Really, the only issue I did have is the same as the other, the middle mouse button is just not a good placement for a commonly used function, and it would be nice to be able to reallocate the controls for one's own convenience, but that might just be missing from the demo and we'll see things expand very much in the final game. Other than that, this was a fantastic rush into being the ravenous monster that, frankly, we all need to be from time to time. So eager to see the final release here!
