so i had this game for a while i played 30 hours as of writing this over all its a good game but i ran into ONE HUGE issue: while i was waiting for the AI to finish its turn it ran into a infinite turn loop for the pink color.. left it on for 1 hour the progress bar never changed! the game didnt freeze i was just not allwed to take my turn and neither was anyone else who was waiting! The tutorial is forever messed up asking you to build things you cant! then the computer will come crush you after you are told you can wipe out the army who had massive amounts of higher level enemies! to many bugs to be worth it!
Ok so I only lasted 3 mins in this first fight and that was itI I didnt even let myself get killed. I dont know how people can do it solo you NEED someone to move for you and you type or vice versa! The concept is cool i'm sure the story would have been awesome but for me I could not make it past the tutorial! As this game REQUIRES INSTANT reactions! The moment you are in control of your char you cant just move both your hands from SHIFT KET + WASD or arrow keys to normal wasd mode fast enough to avoid getting hit then you drop your bible after you get hit as your just trying to type words without realizing you cant do ANYTHING without that book instead of moving to get your book which is a little shocking cause this main char (player) must have no ability to MEMORIZE anything he reads from that book even after having been using it for years so he always has to have his prop bible with him to do anything but talk and walk! This game is EASILY stressful, frustrating, potentually rage quit inducing! This game IMO would have been better as a turn based game and you get hit for each typo you make when typing but rewards accuracy! Or even have a onscreen keyboard to push the buttons with the mouse would also have worked but I really think turned based is IMPORTANT for this game! That would be fair and would ALSO make this a excellent typing game for people to learn how to type for those that dont know how to type. The mood, atmosphere, and music was really good from what little I saw! This would have been a easy 5 star fun game if the excution was different and BETTER! I want to love this game so much!
this game is really good well worth it! i have not played it in a while the game has had alot of added things! this game is kinda ocd friendly in terms of being able to edit and earase and redo recpies that are more stream lined! its very stylized also with really good animations for the actions! This is very relaxing as well!
ok after playing this i loved it of course. but the game glitched on the first level of shores of hell! The mouse sensitivity went sky high with NO WAY to turn it off! not only that but the doom guy started running on its own!
ok so after playing 25 hr (so far) i am pleased to say i will be keeping this game for sure! It works well no crashes even for my own old PC! There are lots of fish! The game seems to get easier around lvl 7 but then picks up again and its very easy to snap your line! Your line will snap after about 3 seconds of the meter being red the best way to stop the line from breaking i have found is to just turn off the drag and that will remove all tension from the line and keep it from breaking! I had to swap the key binds from "reel out" and "turn off drag" to be able to be faster! The game does have a normal mode and a realistic mode; I find realistic mode to be the best and more challanging overall. I did try normal mode first to get a feel for the game and its game play (which i recomend doing)! You generally don't need to wait a long time for fish to bite either! I ended up turning off the music in favor of my own music from my own collection tho, mainly becasue the one station i tried just didnt work and clicking on the station opened a web browser? My suggestions: I would like to suggest that if someone wins the weekly ladder they actually win something! it would be neat.. It would be nice if the devs to add more content! build lore too allowing the char to go explore and find hidden "unoffical" fishing spots not listed with hidden fish! I would also suggest adding lore or something or spooky! Also PLEASE allow us to jump onto rocks to get a better angle stuff like that, all of this would be a huge +! I have found no bugs so far! Achievements are working for me also! I can easily sink hours into this game so be warned it is addicting!
