The game will freeze often when you pause it and come back. Then when you can't get anything to work you can't get to any other screen to fix the game. Alt+ctrl+del will open task manager but Witcher stays on the screen blocking access. Alt+tab will give you the windows that are open and you can hit the X to close Witcher but that won't close it. The only thing to do is to Alt+ctrl+del and logout of Windows. Win 11 on Victus laptop with 3060 graphics and Ryzen 7 8845HS.
