This is truly something special. I grew up playing Heretic, Hexen, Doom, Quake, etc. This is the most fun I have had with a game in a very long time. I remember playing the games that Project Warlock so closely mimic's when I was 7-8 years old and this put me firmly back into my youth again. I lost track of time and absolutely loved every minute of this insanely well-made throwback to a simpler time when FPS games were emerging and technology was evolving rapidly. If you ever enjoyed ANY of the old sprite-style FPS games that Project Warlock succeeds at replicating, you owe it to yourself to at least try this game.
