Habe mir jetzt schon mehrere Nächte um die Ohren geschlagen, da die Sucht wieder da ist, wie vor über 20 Jahren. Spiele auch mit alten Daten und schwelge in Erinnerungen. Zeitlose Klassiker, wobei Anstoss 3 in meinen Augen alles an Fußballmanagern in den Schatten stellt. Hat das nötige Augenzwinkern, so dass es nicht so trocken ist wie bei modernen Titeln. OK, die 3D-Grafik ist heute absolut gruselig, aber der Textmodus kommt richtig schön zum tragen.
I played this game like a ton back when it came out. I was 12 or 13 and already a big fan of the Napoleonic Era. Don't get me wrong this is not a very realistic game and truth to be told it had a lot of bugs. You could win the battle of Waterloo for the French in the highest difficulty with zero casualties on your side. Take one piece of horse artillery, take it to the left british flank and shoot one unit until if flees and continue with the next one. Wellington never moved a bit. The informations in the Army Roster are great and for some time I could tell the order of battle out of my head.
