I've played only the vanilla version of FO4 on steam over 300+ hours. So, the game offers many hours of interactions but it is quite tedious play to be honest: nothing the player does has any real consequences because there is no karma. You can get easily a power armor without training. The dialogs are oversimplified, you have some base building elements but only as a filler. The story, quite important in an RPG is nonsensical. I recomment FO3 or NV instead.
