Possibly the best Fallout game in the series—surpassing even Fallout 3, my previous favorite. I'm simply astonished that this is a mod. How the creators pulled this off is beyond me; the level of detail, polish, and sheer effort poured into this project is remarkable. The voice acting alone showcases an incredible attention to detail, delivered at the highest quality!
