My favorite of the modern Doom games. Never loses sight of where it came from.
Fun and sort of exiting in certain parts but it isn't like other doom games i've played. Don't expect tons of demons and gunplay. This game is reading a lot of ingame lore text looking for clues.
Very fun I recomend getting the unmaker and all its upgrades
Heretic is a really good game. I wish it was run through a better source port because the keybindings and mouse controls can be a little hard to figure out. It plays like a less hectic version of Doom but with a few upgrades. You can now carry and use powerups, you can look around, and the sound design is great for making you feel uneasy. My only complaint other than the source port is that many of the maps require back tracking and secret finding to progress.
Nothing realy to say. This is Doom. Would have liked Sigil 2 included. But selecting the Wads is easy.
