This game is alright at first, until you realize it's about finding the right kind of city block to make and just put that everywhere. The actual city building is arbitrary rather then organic. The proper way to build a city makes no sense at all as it about making good walker loops instead of a nice looking city.
This game is pretty much a re themed Ceasar, with the same awful arbitrary citybuilding mechanics that focus on building walker loops instead of a city with any semblance to real life.
