Absolutely perfect in achievement of a successful MOD for FO4. Great setting, storyline and clear effort put in. I would recommend that you're not afraid to save often, and use console commands for work arounds such as tcl or player.additem to make things work. Use Buffout4 and Long load times fix, as well as all the recommended mods. Be ready to accept some things don't work, oh well, move on. Extremely fun so far! Can't wait to see if any fixes or improvements come along, but either way I'm quite quite satisfied with the current result.
