The game has some weakness technically, thats for sure. On the other hand the graphic design, voices, music is excellent. The story like Fairy tale, full of twist, with a white rabbit called (funny) Marquis de Hoto. He is our guidance, with dark past but not really revealed what it is exactly - anyway I love Marqui de Hoto. Mousewood such a nice place. THere are many character you 'll meet through your journey. I even loved that grumpy Rabbit who natter about his garden. Jerry Hazelnut our protagonist such a lovely child, living with his parents, in the wood far from the grey dusty city. His dream to become a magician seems to come true when he receives an envelope with some instructions. Soon after he"ll meet with Marqui my favourite character in the game and with his help visit Mousewood to become a Treewalker...
Yesterday a walked through B.B.'s great adventure, again. I got this game around 2003, it was one of my first adventure. I've seen a review in a gamer magazine with some pics. First I noticed it's cartoonish style , that really caught my attention. So I bought it, and installed the 3 CDs at once. Right from the beginning I really enjoyed the game, the hand drawn pictures, characters, Gina's body too. Story to me wasn't mind a blowing thing, but I must admit they made a really smart ending. Dark side is the somewhat hard gameplay. You know, searching the same box tenfold, or the small microscopic objects left unnoticed. Keepin all in mind this is almost a perfect adventure, memorable with great soundtrack. Don't miss the sequels too!

Right from the beginning I felt the tension but was not unnecessarily scared... at first. Then when I running from something I didn't even know what it is... man, my heart throbbed like hell. It felt a bit similar when I played Call of Cthulhu at the motel room. Anyway thats the way any horror game should operate.
This game looks so boring. The game doesn't even uses mouse cursor?! Still if you give a try, you"ll find how bizarre, deep physcho story really is. The design depicts the woman actuall feeling, I think - sometimes grey, sometimes colorful. There is no pixel hunting, but I found this game challenging at some point. I feel the same some times...

How strange was to see these weird mechanizm at first glance. I still remember I played with my bro, we were so excited. We didnt have a walkthrough not even internet so we played on our own. The game wasn't so hard but there was a few scene where we stucked. Every character has a personality. Really rare thing but the second part of Syberia was up to the first in my humble opinion.

Its started with a ordinary settings, working in a photoshop under summer vacation. But once you met a beautiful young lady - well like always - thats where the trouble happens... Not to hard game. The graphics IMO not the best, but every location is very vivid or opposite, but always appropriate.

Anyone familiar with the series will find nothing particular with this one. I really like Atlantis 2 but has so many parts where you can stuck. Relief the third much easier, but has the same atmosphere. The music score isn't that great unfortunately, missed very much. Anyway if you start to play you may find yourself sucked into this world and finished the game.
