I bought this originally on Steam after playing the demo for 15 mins and have 203 hrs on it there. I never played the original Just Cause and came into the series on JC2 but do own all subsequent versions on steam however this one is the one I would go back to playing again. If you enjoy just wandering the countryside blowing things up and general mayhem this is for you. The story is open world sandbox and can proceed at your own pace similar to the Elder Scroll games. What blew me away at the time was the destructibility and the seamless transitions between the various eco-types when flying around. I found the vehicles to be a little sloppy while driving with Keyboard/mouse so a gamepad is recommended for that ( what driving game isn't that way to be honest?) but KBM is still viable. There was a multiplayer mod on the steam version however I am not sure if it transitioned over to the GOG version (can't see it in the store page) but this game also is just fun on it's own in single player. If you are looking to just do some sandbox mayhem definitely look into this game as it's worth the price of admission.
