The game became more grotesque; they removed all cuteness and all cute characters (except Lola, which they removed her cuteness and made her super horny instead), went compleletely for a more lascivious, gory approach about sex, and over sexualized every character.
As title says; you can enjoy it perfectly still
Or better said, it's one of the best FPS of all time.
