First time playing this game and I feel like that this could be more fun than Doom for me. Between the weapons, the items, and the monsters, and the level design not as overly convoluted as Doom letting me get into shoot outs a lot more than key fetching. It's still a Doom shooter, so there's still plenty of key fetching and back tracking but thankfully I feel like the level design here are sprawling with more arena areas than confusing hallways and stuff like Doom. All in all, if you like Doom and don't mind the magic weapons and setting, it's great.
Long time fan like most who bought the bundle. For the most part it's OG (Not DC version). It's pretty much the same game in that I haven't had any issues and I just finished a Chris run. It's great to see the uncensored FMV's that I never had a chance to see before. It's already set for controller support and completely customizable controls. Highly recommend if just to have classic games now compatible with modern systems.
