Like other LEGO games, it's very entertaining and follows the story of the movie that inspired it. The mechanic is the same as in other Lego titles. Some characters have abilities that unlock missions or secrets and you must use certain characters every time you find a new challenge. If you have unlocked the character with the needed ability.
