Cyberpunk 2077 is a modern and at times overwhelming open world that has the most vibrant and living city I've ever experienced. From start to finish I just wanted to inhabit Night City and get into all the nooks and crannies I could. I found myself rarely using fast travel to instead spend more time in the universe. Narratively, it comes across ultimately uneven with some low lights that counter out the highlights. However, Phantom Liberty does not have the same even tone. It's consistently high quality and the performances are always top notch. Highly reccomended to anyone that enjoys role playing.
