I still love this game after all these years. And I've not found any issues running this on my PC. 5 outta 5, happyness restored.
Only reason it's a 4 out of 5 review is that sometimes it randomly crashes to Desktop. No error, no nothing. Just straight drop to desktop. And it closes quick, so quick it doesn't slow my PC down at all. This happens JUST enough to be annoying. Other than that, freaking TOP game, give it a try!
It's Quake 2. With a skin pack to make it "HD". Are there fixes for bugs or anything? I don't know, cos if they are, I've not noticed. Would recommend if you love Quake 2, cos that's what this is, just Quake 2. Would Recommend if you never played Quake 2, cos the DOS version WILL put you off and this seems like a faithful remake.
It's poor man's Hero's of Might and Magic. While still rather cool, you can tell they REALLY tried to mimic the real thing. REALLY tried. Just go play Hero's of Might and Magic instead, it's better than this hands down.
