Dont, just dont... dont do this to yourself. If you ever played the first Sacred dont even try this youll just be dissapointed and sad. Expozition is the dumbest most cring mlg compilation i have seen, controls are awfull and its almost unplyable on modern hw...
What a pleasant surprise this is, first of all its interesting to see a Source engine game from someone other than Valve. Secondly even though the game has been very rushed during the development, there is so much to offer if you bite through some of the jank and its 100% worth it. One thing that id pick are the surprisingly compelling characters.

The Ray Tracing mode they added is one of the worst optimised ones I have ever seen, while making the game look worse actually. Now if you turn that off the other improvements are actually really nice (better textures, effects and other graphic enhancements.
Best RPG I played ever, In my opinion slightly better than BG3
