Cyberpunk released 5 years ago, during Corona in 2020, back then I read and heard all over Social-Media that the game was unplayable, because of game-breaking bugs, glitches, bad NPC-AI and much more. Now, 5 years later, I decided to take a look at the game myself. I bought Cyberpunk and the Phantom Liberty DLC ( the Deluxe Edition containing: Soundtrack, Phantom Liberty DLC, artworks, sketchbook and more) . I started the game and there I was starting my first run as a "streetkid", I dove right into an imersive experience, I became a Night City resident. Never have I seen a more beautiful futuristic setting in a videogame, the voice acting on point and a score guiding and hyping you up for the upcoming missons. It has been a long time since I last lost myself completly inside a videogame world... . It is also one of a few games that I played not because I wanted to farm achievements or do every possible outcome of the game (although that is a nice side hustle) but because I just wanted to play again no goal in sight. For myself Cyberpunk beats GTA V by a mile, although that is just my opinion. At the time of this feedback I have played Cyberpunk for roughly 150 hours (within 2 months) and I am sure this number will only increase. I do recommend everyone if they want to get an immersive experience in cyberpunk, dystopian and futuristic setting try Cyberpunk 2077! I enjoyed it and I hope so do you, choom!
When this title came out I was not born yet. Then 2019 the Remake came out and finally 2022 I played the Remake. And finally this year through GOG.com I am able to play the Original. And I absolutly love it, eventhough I have a hard time learning the tank-controls xD guess that just my loss for being born 15 years later. So yeah it is just beautiful and that atmosphere is something I have not experienced before.
