One of my most favorite games way back when; picked it up at a random hardware store one day for $10 and was not disappointed. With it's unique twist on the RTS genre, Moonbase Commander definitely had it's place on my top 10 PC games. Placing all your buildings and shooting all your missiles, bombs, and EMPs actually took some skill and added that extra fun factor that the other RTS games didn't have. While the maps themselves were somewhat bland, the option to create your own maps added a fun twist since you could modify almost everything about it, spawn points and all. The music selection is tiny, usually one techno/dance song throughout the entire gameplay; so, depending on your genre preference, that could be either good or bad since it wasn't a bad song itself. All in all, a very fun and solid game, not without it's faults; but definitely worth a buy.
