Instead you upload it to a garbage site like GoG, which doesn't allow use of mod managers, the way people have been using mods for 30 years. There are tons of issues if you don't use the GoG version of Fallout 4, in fact the game seems like it was posted soley on GoG to try and sell more copies of Fallout 4 GoG edition. The launcher for the mod is so obnoxious and bug riddled, I haven't even gotten the game working. This is someone who has been in tech and IT for 2 decades. Thankfully the GoG version of Fallout 4 is DRM free and if you have a friend who owns it, borrow their copy. If you don't, make a friend who has it and download their copy.
