I remember playing Ignition on Windows 95 in 1997. When I had 8 Mbytes of RAM the game stuttered a little due to constant HDD access. Then I bought another 8 Mbytes of RAM. Man! How good it was! Ignition is a game from my childhood and always be. The game itself features 7 different tracks with a lot of arcade racing. There are a handful number of cars including ambulance car, a truck and school bus! The pros: - Fun and vivid gameplay. - Diverse tracks. - Ability to race in unconventional vehicles. The cons: - Bad balance of cars. I mean, you could win tournament in a truck at novice level but at higher difficulty levels you must use faster cars. - Only DOS version available (without 3Dfx support). For people with random explosion glitch: try to disable ghost car and all options in graphics menu except window width.
