I am glad that I did not skip this one after that horrible initial launch. I did bide my time with this game, waited till the patch and the expansion came out, and it paid off. Finally the technical part of the game matured to its mature story. The gunplay, gameplay, movement, sound, music, Night City are a joy to experience and play. It did become one of my favorite games.
Grandaddy of Arpgs, containing elements that are used in present day games. Procedurally generated quest lines for each new playthrough, npcs that have its own voice over, multiplayer, memorable sound effects and music, it surprised me that such an old game with a small installation size contains it all. It feels like playing an ancient roguelike.
