There is no fix for polygons on character's head, like the original version. They said there are multiple improved fix but they do nothing about the main issue of original PC version RE3. The graphic polygon is very very trash unlike Re 2 or 1. I don't recommand this version because this is exactly the same as PC version RE3 with no useful enhancement.
