This was a turning point and a novelty in the arc of video games and their story telling. Like Police Quest, this was a new area of video gaming. They made something that wasnt for children, in terms of storyline, game play and thought process. Going from vacation in Tahiti to where this one ends was quite a journey for the time. Also, everyone saying this game is sadistic or procedural must have forgotten LSL2, standing on top of a volcano and having to type "put THE bag in THE bottle" or you can't beat the game.
