Its very fun and detailed, especially as mods go its incredible the level of architecture and individual items. Its quests are entertaining (similar to Fallout 4 but with more of the complex missions). But many significant bugs including many times it will just close, especially, but absolutely not limited to, around Grenwich . I hoping they will fix this, if you have a fair bit of patience absolutely worth it but if you don't maybe look elsewhere.
