Do not get this version. Get the one on Steam instead. While being able to select a resolution higher than 1080p in the game's "options" menu is neat, you can also brute force it by editing a .cfg file. Thing is, if you try to run the game at a resolution higher than 1080p, the UI becomes too small and visual artifacts start occuring. There are fan fixes for these issues, but they do not work on the GOG version. Also, the game seems to have a terrible PC port in general. You can not access the "options" menu by pausing. You need to quit out to the main menu in order to do so. It gets worse: Checkpoints are sparse and only available while you are in the level, meaning that if you do quit out to the main menu in order to edit your settings (or the game crashes, there's a power outtage, etc.), you need to restart the entire stage from the beggining. It gets EVEN WORSE: If you close the game before attempting to restart the mission from the beginning, you will find that you can not skip the cutscenes. Thankfully, both the cutscenes and stages seem mercifully short so far.
Yes, for me, even with the fix you can get from the PCGamingWiki page, it doesn't work. It's a grey screen without it and doesn't launch at all after you apply it. GOG Support gets 5 stars though - got offered a refund even though I've purchased it around 10 months ago.
