Incompetent = 1 star review I am not denying that there are installation issues, but a lot of people's problems are solved by reading the first result in a simple Google search. This is not the base game released by Bethesda, it's a free mod. Considering that you know it exists, and are trying to play it, entails that you should have a basic understanding on the nature of modding, and that troubleshooting is commonly performed.
